Your privacy
Last updated: [effective date — pending owner review]
This Privacy Policy explains how Provider Mode ID ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects the personal information you share when you visit providermodeid.com or request our free Digital Product Discovery guide. We operate this website as the operator of the Provider Mode ID brand.
When you request the free guide through our opt-in form, we collect your first name and email address. We also capture an optional marketing-consent choice, which you can decline — declining it does not block delivery of the free guide. If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email, reason for contacting, and your message.
We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your browser type, device type, referring URL, UTM campaign parameters, and the page URL you visited. These are used for analytics and attribution.
Requesting the free guide is not blanket consent to unrelated marketing. We will not enroll you in promotional email without your separate, opt-in consent.
The guide provides a copy-and-paste discovery prompt that you use with a third-party AI tool of your choice (for example, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude). We do not receive, store, or see the answers you enter into a third-party AI tool. Those answers stay with the tool you chose and are governed by that tool's own privacy terms. Only the name and email you submit through our form reach us.
Submissions are stored securely through our platform's managed backend. Lead opt-ins and contact messages are kept in separate, access-controlled records. Access is limited to authorized uses and is protected by row-level security controls. We do not sell your personal data.
We rely on trusted infrastructure and CRM providers to operate the site, store submissions, and deliver email. These providers process data only on our instructions and under their own contractual obligations. We do not transfer your data to unrelated third parties for their own purposes.
This site uses limited, first-party analytics and attribution tracking to understand how visitors arrive and what pages they view. We do not operate a third-party advertising pixel that profiles you across the web. Where cookies or similar technologies are used, they support basic site function and analytics unless you adjust your browser settings.
We keep personal information only as long as needed to deliver the resource you requested, respond to your messages, and meet reasonable record-keeping needs, then limit or remove it. Specific retention periods are reviewed as part of our operations.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any privacy right, contact us through our contact page and select "Privacy request" as the reason. We will not publish the contents of a privacy request in any public analytics.
Our site may link to third-party tools and services (such as AI providers). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external services. Review their policies before sharing information with them.
This site and the free guide are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
For any privacy question or request, please use our contact page. The legal entity name, monitored email address, and applicable jurisdiction are confirmed with our operations team and available on request.
